You will find us at 56 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your allocated treatment time, to allow yourself to relax before your facial or beauty appointment. If there is nobody in the reception to greet you, please make yourself comfortable, help yourself to a glass of water or tea and a book, and we will be with you shortly.

Cancellation policy

Please note, that once a booking is made, you have agreed to our cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment, we do require 48 hours notice, otherwise a 50% fee will be charged. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. In both instances, we will try our best to fill your spot, and if it is filled then the fee will be waived. Please do not be offended if you are required to pay a cancellation fee, as much as we value your time, we do hope you value ours too. A cancellation fee applies to rescheduling an appointment within these time frames too. If a no-show occurs, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit upon making your next booking.
