If you are unable to make your appointment, we do require 48 hours notice, otherwise a 50% fee will be charged. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. In both instances, we will try our best to fill your spot, and if it is filled then the fee will be waived. Please do not be offended if you are required to pay a cancellation fee, as much as we value your time, we do hope you value ours too. A cancellation fee applies to rescheduling an appointment within these time frames too. If a no-show occurs, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit upon making your next booking.
